Though she’s undoubtedly one of the most gorgeous women in showbiz at the moment, Jennifer Aniston is more than aware that the clock is ticking. At 41 years old, she could put women half her age to shame, but that doesn’t mean she’s perfection incarnate. On the contrary, she says for the latest issue of Harper’s Bazaar UK magazine.

The former “Friends” star, who can now be seen in the romantic comedy “The Bounty Hunter,” opposite “Gerard Butler,” says that, while the thought that she’s getting older doesn’t quite get her ecstatic, she would never consider getting Botox. Other female stars say they wouldn’t get the jab because it would hinder their performance in front of the camera by freezing their expression, but Jen is opposed to the idea because the lines on her face hold the secret to her life.

“I could do it, and I mean these lines are getting deeper every day, but when I tell you what’s happened to me – these lines are just about living. Look I eat really well and I work out, but I also indulge when I want to. I don’t starve myself in an extremist way. You’re not taking away my coffee or my dairy or my glass of wine because I’d be devastated. My advice: just stop eating [expletive] every day,” Aniston explains.

While still on the subject of age, the star has also revealed the names of the women now working in the industry she admires the most. “I love what Drew Barrymore is doing with directing. It’s so much about a rebirth for her, and I love it when people are living in the now, like her. I hate it when people look back and regret what they haven’t got. That’s how I feel about my own life now. And my God, let’s talk about how much I love Demi Moore as well. What kind of Kool-Aid is she drinking?” she jokes.

In the same interview, Jennifer Aniston also says the past five years or so of her life have been about “spring cleaning” and starting fresh. As regards her career, while she’d love to be able to do more challenging and varied roles, she’s come to believe that her fans are not ready to see her in anything else than romantic comedies. To illustrate her point, she offers as example “Derailed,” in which she starred opposite Clive Owen and that was considered a flop with both critics and fans.
