14 DAY TRIAL // The latest issue of People magazine brings a very “revealing” interview with Actress Jennifer Aniston, dubbed by the publication as “the most misunderstood woman in the world.” Among the topics of discussion: babies and dating.
The preview issue of the mag says that, contrary to what people may make of her, Aniston is far from the sad, lonely and desperate figure she’s portrayed to be in the tabloids.
Fans must know that, ever since her divorce from Brad Pitt years ago, Jen has always been described as a singleton who was extremely unhappy, especially in the tabloid media.
That’s that biggest misconception about her, Aniston tells People. “That I’m unhappy. I’m really happy. Really!” she says.
The star reveals that the secret to her happy life, what keeps her going despite the negativity and the criticism is “embracing the truths in her life” and learning to live in the moment.
“I think people honestly just want to see me as a mom and married and barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen. And I just want to say, ‘Everybody, relax! It’s going to happen’,” Aniston says.
She also reveals for People that she hasn’t dated anyone in a year and a half, and again rubbishes talk that she’s adopting a Mexican boy. When she’ll decide it’s time to start a family, she will be the first to let the world know.
“For now, Aniston, who turns 42 on Friday, is busy promoting her new namesake fragrance, out this month, and her romantic comedy, Just Go with It with Adam Sandler, which hits theaters Friday,” People writes.
Meanwhile, gossip blogger Perez Hilton, who was once Aniston’s biggest enemy, is telling Life & Style that she told him that she doesn’t hate Angelina Jolie and that she still keeps in touch with Brad Pitt, as we also reported yesterday.
As for that dating part, Aniston has admitted to Perez that she does date “a lot,” but that she makes sure she doesn’t go to places where she might be recognized or photographed.
