Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are getting ready to tie the knot and, while they’re yet to agree on the size of the wedding ceremony, they have already agreed there won’t be a prenup, says a new report.

If one is to believe ongoing rumors, the two were initially thinking of getting married this spring but, considering they’re still going back and forth on the kind of party they want, they opted to put it off for a couple of more months.

However, they have already decided that they won’t be signing a prenuptial contract, Hollywood Life writes, citing the print issue of OK! Magazine.

Admittedly, Justin told Jennifer that he’d feel better if they signed a prenup, considering that she’s worth more money than he is.

She turned him down on the spot, saying she wouldn’t even hear about it.

“Jen’s absolutely adamant about not having a prenup. She told several friends: ‘I’m choosing love, not money. And people are just going to have to deal with it.’ It’s a sweet and romantic thing to do,” the e-zine writes.

However, not all her friends feel the same because they fear of what might happen, should the romance sour some day.

“But a number of friends are desperately worried her decision could come back to haunt her one day. Everything is going so well between Jen and Justin right now, she doesn’t want to taint the romance,” adds the report.

Justin and Jennifer have never spoken about or announced a wedding date but that’s not stopping the tabs from guessing when it might take place.

The same happens to Aniston’s ex-husband, Brad Pitt, who is now engaged to be married to Angelina Jolie.

In fact, certain reports even claim there’s some sort of competition going on between these two A-list couples about who has the biggest, most beautiful wedding.
