It’s no secret that Jennifer Aniston has always had a great body. In recent days, though, she appeared to be in better shape than ever, rocking some pretty tight dresses and showing off a lot of leg on the set of her latest film, “Just Go with It,” a comedy with Adam Sandler. OK! Magazine did some digging around and found out the secret behind Jen’s enviable figure.

Or so the recently released cover of this week’s issue of the mag would have us believe. Fans of the star know that it’s been years since she turned over a new leaf, starting to eat healthier and work out with regularity. Aniston is not only a fan of more sweaty sports, but she also does yoga, of which she says it helps her have balance in her life. Recently, though, she’s lost about seven pounds in just as many days, OK! says, claiming to unveil the secret in the print issue.

“For Jen Aniston, 41, life is fabulous! While recently shooting Just Go With It with Adam Sandler, Jen looked hotter than ever. ‘She looked as if she’s lost a dress size,’ a witness tells OK!. ‘She was really petite and avoided the food on the craft services table. She has discipline’,” OK! writes in the online version of the mag.

“Thanks to self-control and a newfound philosophy on eating and exercise, Jen’s achieved her best body ever. ‘She recently lost 7 pounds in seven days and she is totally ecstatic,’ a source tells OK!,” the mag further says before going ahead to promise that all the secrets to Jennifer’s quick weight loss will be unveiled in the print issue. OK! has been out on newsstands since Thursday, for those interested in seeing what the insider has to say of Aniston’s workout and diet tips for her recently slimmer figure.

A word of advice, though: experts have repeatedly warned slimmers that dropping so many pounds over such a short period of time is neither healthy nor sustainable, for it means those pounds are put back on soon, with “interest.” For sustainable weight loss, nutritionists usually recommend losing an average of 1-2 pounds a week.
