14 DAY TRIAL // Jennifer Aniston is fuming mad with best friend Chelsea Handler for bringing her story with Brad Pitt back to the attention of the public, says a new report. Moreover, she wants Handler to stop talking about Angelina Jolie.
A few days ago, Handler lashed out at Jolie during one of her stand-up numbers, calling her a homewrecker and some other things that can’t be reproduced in writing.
Later on, she explained it wasn’t something personal, but rather something she’s been doing for many years, since Jolie kissed her brother on the lips in front of the cameras for the first time.
Of course, that didn’t stop speculation that she was attacking Jolie just to side with friend Aniston from making the rounds – a theory Star magazine too backed up, as we told you yesterday.
Now, PopEater has it from very reliable sources that Jen has given Handler a ultimatum, telling her she doesn’t want people to be talking about the Jolie-Pitt-Aniston love triangle anymore.
“Jen has gone out of her way to keep her private feelings about that woman who stole her husband private and has always asked her friends to do the same,” says the spy.
“She is furious with Chelsea for bringing the whole situation back to life again and landing her on the cover of a weekly magazine tomorrow with a Brad headline,” the insider explains.
Apparently, Aniston hasn’t felt this betrayed since back in the day, when her beau John Mayer held a press conference to let her know they were done as a couple – and she wants Handler to stop it right this instant.
“Jen doesn't just let these sort of people in her life. She hates drama or unnecessary attention and certainly doesn’t want to ever see her face on a tabloid again with a headline about Angie or Brad,” the same insider explains.
On the other hand, either Handler didn’t get the message or she really doesn’t care about how upset Aniston is because, according to the Huffington Post, she’s not letting go of her (one-sided) beef with Jolie.
“Yeah, I’m not a fan [of Jolie]. She just doesn’t come off to me as a sincere woman. She seems like a woman that you’d really want to avoid,” the comedienne says in a new interview.
