Jennifer Aniston Has 'Emotional Meeting' with Justin Theroux's Ex

Jennifer Aniston is sick of being described in the media as a homewrecker because of the timeline when her relationship with current beau Justin Theroux started. So, to make sure she set the record straight, she met with his ex.

As any respectable gossip celebrity lover must know by now, Aniston met Theroux on the set of “Wanderlust.”

They weren't romantically linked in the press until May this year but, as it happens, just weeks before they went public, Heidi Bivens, Justin's girlfriend of 14 years, moved of the house they shared.

Word online had it (and still does to this day) that Jen and Justin actually started dating a long time before their coming out, which would mean that he cheated on Heidi with Aniston.

The actress set out to make matters right again by meeting with Heidi in NYC just days ago, the Daily Mail informs, citing reports from the British media.

“Jen has always been sympathetic to Heidi because he’s heard from Justin just how devastated she is about their break-up. But Jen has always been adamant that their relationships did not cross over,” an unnamed but admittedly reliable source is quoted as saying.

The meeting reportedly took place at the Mercer Hotel earlier this month, with the two ladies talking the details of their intricate romantic lives over a glass of wine.

“Jen told Heidi that she understands what a painful time she has been going through and explained that she wanted her to know, hand on heart, that she would never steal another woman’s man,” says the spy.

“Heidi apparently got quite tearful during the meeting, as it was understandably a lot of take in,” adds the unnamed source.

The two are now at peace, and we're to understand that Heidi even forgave Aniston for whatever she might have done to ruin her relationship to Theroux.
