14 DAY TRIAL // Jennifer Aniston isn’t really in the habit of opening up to the media too often about her personal life, but now that she’s about to start her Oscar campaign, this will probably change very soon. The former “Friends” star is believed to be a possible contender for Best Actress for her role in “Cake,” so she’s removing some of the barriers she set up between herself and the media, to bring attention to the movie.
Case in point, her new interview with Access Hollywood, in which she gushes about her fiancé, Justin Theroux.

Justin Theroux is a “beautiful equalizer”
This is perhaps the second time that Aniston talks in such vague but amazing terms about her current boyfriend, with the first one being when she praised him for doing a spread in Details magazine this summer, and saying his eyeballs had been captured in a very beautiful manner and that he was “utterly kind and golden” and like a “gem in the sand.”
Her comments at the time were seen as so unintentionally funny that celebrity bloggers even speculated she must have been high when she made them. After all, Justin is a handsome man, but saying his eyeballs (no less!) were beautiful felt like a stretch.
Aniston is a bit less poetic this time, but she still comes across as if in awe of her partner, of whom she says things like “beautiful equalizer,” “really beautiful, wonderful partner,” a very “special” man. Apparently, Justin has helped to bring much-needed balance in her life, she admits.
About those wedding rumors
However, that’s as far as Aniston goes in terms of revealing details about her man. She insists that all those rumors in the glossies and the tabloids about her wedding and her plans of having Justin’s babies are “silly lies,” but she’s reconciled to the idea that they come with the territory.
She’s right about this: if you want proof of how big one celebrity is, all you have to do is Google them. The more rumors / tabloid stories about them, the bigger a celebrity they are. The only thing to remember here is that there is a clear distinction between a celebrity and a famous actor / singer, in that a celebrity is the one that gets constant coverage. For instance, Tori Spelling is a celebrity, but Leonardo DiCaprio is a famous actor.
Aniston is both a celebrity and a famous actress, but she stresses that the former is not her doing. In fact, if the tabs were to cover her life without adding any embellishments, no one would be buying magazines anymore.
“I think we’re just so uninteresting, we don’t do anything, that there’s no real narrative other than that to sort of slap onto us,” Aniston says. “Then, once we do [marry], then it’s gonna be – well, it [still] is the babies. I mean, it’s comical!”
She makes another valid point again: she’s 45 years old and has long made it clear that she has no intention of having babies, but stories about her being pregnant (sometimes even with twins) still make it in print with almost clock-like regularity.
