Jennifer Aniston is convinced that current beau Justin Theroux is “the one” and has made up her mind about wanting to start a family with him. In fact, she's been telling friends that she already gave him an ultimatum: propose by the end of the year, or else.

The star, who has been very vocal in recent weeks about how happy she is with her boyfriend of almost a year, was reportedly overheard telling friends about their plans for a family.

The claim comes from the Daily Mail, which cites an unnamed spy – just so you know to take it with a grain of salt.

Admittedly, Jennifer has decided not to let this one get away too, and gave him an ultimatum. If he doesn't propose by the end of the year (2012), they will be breaking up.

“I'll be married by the end of the year,” Aniston was heard telling friends.

She also gushed about Sophie, the puppy they got together, saying it was like a “test run” for when they have children of their own.

“We're constantly laughing. Now we've got our new baby things are getting serious. We have new responsibilities. She's like a test run for kids, I guess... although hopefully kids are easier to house-train,” Aniston reportedly said.

“Justin and I argue over who takes the dog out and who disciplines her, but that's about it. Things are fabulous. I'm happy,” she added.

“If he's not got down on one knee, or we're not married by the end of the year, it's over!” Aniston further said.

The above statements seem to contradict what Aniston herself has been saying these past few weeks, during the promo tour for her latest film, “Wanderlust,” in which Theroux also has a part.

As Jen put it, marriage is not even on the table for discussion. As for kids, she can't say she has any plans for motherhood right now but, if it's to happen, it will happen.
