14 DAY TRIAL // No, Jennifer Aniston is not in a rush to get married. After last week Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt casually announced their wedding as if it were no big deal, the attention of the press turned to Jennifer Aniston, still viewed by many as Brad Pitt's bitter ex.
Us Weekly is now quoting insiders who swear that Aniston is not freaking out over the wedding, and has no plans to speed up her own, thus ending her two-year engagement with fellow actor Justin Theroux, and she doesn't plan on having children either.
“Jennifer planned their recent trip to Bora Bora. They stayed at the Four Seasons. And that’s all she wants to organize at the moment,” says one source, indicating that Jennifer isn't rushing headlong into a hasty ceremony just because Angelina and Brad tied the knot.
It seems that the couple is in no rush to go to the altar, having a lot of fun just being engaged: “The vibe is that the wedding can wait … they are loving the engagement.” What's more, “Their lack of wedding plans is even an inside joke for the couple,” adds another friend, revealing that both Jennifer and Justin have the courage to laugh at their stalling of the wedding.
Of course, this could all very well lead to speculations that Justin isn't planning on marrying Aniston, despite the fact that he put a 10-carat ring on her finger two years ago and asked her to be his wife. The same sources want to debunk this myth as well and have said that Justin gave up his NY pad and moved in full-time with Jennifer in her newly renovated home in Bel Air.
The only thing that could have inspired Jennifer and Justin in regards to Bran and Angie's wedding is the fact that they too want “something casual.” After the fiasco that was Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding, announced to be one of the biggest social events of the century, no one wants to invest in big weddings anymore.
Jennifer is loving the engagement life, claim her friends who insisted on remaining anonymous. So much so, that she doesn't have any plans to become a mother anytime soon, “At this point, Jen does not want children… Jen loves where she is in her life right now,” says one such friend.
This comes into contradiction with what Jennifer has said in interviews along the years, promising her fans that at some point in her life she will procreate.
