On his 40th birthday, actor and screenwriter Justin Theroux received a birthday present other men could only dream of: his girlfriend of a few months Jennifer Aniston (42), presented him with James Dean’s leather jacket.

Worn in the iconic film “Rebel Without a Cause,” the black leather jacket is believed to have cost Aniston a whopping $12,000, the Daily Mail informs, citing reports in the US media.

However, word also has it that the two are head over heels in love and even planning to tie the knot and start a family as soon as possible, so perhaps it’s not that far-fetched for Jen to spend this kind of money on her man, it is being said.

“Jennifer Aniston has bestowed her new man with a very pricey and sought after present – a leather jacket once owned by movie star James Dean. According to US reports the Horrible Bosses star splashed out $12,000 to get hold of the black vintage garment,” the Mail writes.

“She got him the gift for his recent 40th birthday earlier this month. Fifties heartthrob Dean, who died aged 24 in a car accident, was most celebrated for his role in Rebel Without a Cause, in which her wore his iconic leather jacket throughout,” adds the tab.

“Aniston, 42, and Theroux have been dating since May – but things have taken a serious turn in the relationship,” the Mail notes.

The two left for their first vacation together right before Justin’s birthday – and they celebrated it in Hawaii, where she reportedly presented him with his present as well.

Speaking of their romantic holiday, recent reports claimed that they had decided to get married later this year and to start trying for a baby while still away from the prying eyes of the media.

“They both want it to happen soon,” a source close to the couple was saying a short while ago, as we also informed you.

Of course, since this is tabloid media we’re talking about, a report of a few days later claimed that Theroux would “never” marry Jen and have babies with her, because he wasn’t the type to settle down “like that.”
