Men's Health recently named Jennifer Aniston the hottest woman of all times, so this begs the question (once more) of the tricks she uses to look so good at all times. What Jen certainly doesn't rely on is fillers, she says.

Yet that's not to say that she's a complete stranger to them. In a recent interview cited by People magazine, Aniston admits to trying out injectables.

They didn't turn out to be her thing, though, and she stopped getting them.

“People think that I do a lot of injections, but I don’t. I’m not saying that I haven’t tried it… but I see how it’s a slippery slope,” Aniston says.

Because she's seen where injectables (Botox and fillers) can lead to, and because she knows plastic surgery is something you feel the need to return to over and over again, Jennifer plans to refrain from getting anything done.

“All that cosmetic stuff looks ridiculous on me,” she says.

However, with age, her beauty routine has suffered some major changes, especially in recent years. She now knows exposure to sun has been anything but kind to her body.

“I’ve started getting those little sun spots. Things are beginning to pop out. Even the texture [of my skin] is changing,” she says.

To prevent further damage, she's turned to spray tans as a much healthier alternative.

“So I’ve recently started zapping the spots and getting spray tans whenever I can. And I’ve graduated to using SPF 60 sunblock when I’m on the beach,” Aniston adds.

In the same candid interview, the actress also dishes other beauty secrets she's never talked about.

For instance, she says, she regularly gets her eyelashes tinted because she hates wearing mascara. She's also quit smoking and is starting to gain some weight, but she's comfortable enough in her own skin now not to care about what people are saying.
