Jennie Garth has had a very rough year, what with her divorce from “Twilight” actor Peter Facinelli after 17 years together, but she’s showing the first signs of moving on. The other night, she was photographed on a date with a new man.

Jennie and Jason Clark went on their first date together and, as it happened, were photographed by the paparazzi as they were heading home.

Us Magazine has a photo of the two, as well as more details.

“The 40-year-old was most recently spotted on a date with Jason Clark at the W Hollywood on October 21,” the celebrity publication writes.

“She looked super cute. She loved the music and sat in the front row. It was just the two of them alone,” an insider says of how the outing turned out.

“Clark is the managing director of healthcare solutions at Jones Lang LaSalle in LA. A second source says it was the couple's first date,” Us further writes, noting that Jennie was also linked to Antonio Ballatore and Noah Abrams before Clark.

As we also noted in several past occasions, news of Jennie’s divorce came as a complete shocker, especially since they’d been together for so many years and seemed one of the most solid couples in showbiz.

In interviews following the announcement, Jennie admitted that dealing with the dissolution of her marriage had not been an easy thing, but she refused to lay the blame entirely at Peter’s doorstep.

Just recently, the stunning actress / reality star talked about the other changes in her life post-divorce, namely how much weight she lost after she decided she wanted to be healthier, thinner and prettier than before.

Garth dropped 30 pounds (13.6 kg) of what she calls “dead weight” with the help of a personal trainer and a very strict – but also very healthy – diet plan customized especially on her needs.
