Jeff Bridges joined Shia LaBeouf, James Woods, Jane Krakowski, Jon Heder, Mario Cantone, Brian Benben, Michael McKean and Zooey Deschanel for Sony Pictures Animation's upcoming CGI pic "Surf's Up," due out in the summer of 2007, according to Variety.
The Dude will voice "The Geek" King Penguin, a character who becomes the mentor of a young surf penguin Cody Maverick (LaBeouf), who trains for his first competition.
The animated feature will be directed by Toy Story 2's Ash Brannon and Tarzan's Chris Buck for Sony Pictures Animation.
