Jay Leno was a staple on American TV, having hosted The Tonight Show for more years than anyone cares to admit they remember. But that didn't prevent him from being promptly replaced at the beginning of the year with Jimmy Fallon, who brought in a breath of fresh air to the show, aside from relocating it to New York City.

After a hiatus from TV screens, Jay Leno, the man with the chin, is set to make his return with a new television series on CNBC, which is going to be called Jay Leno's Garage. The fact that Leno is an avid car enthusiast and collector should be no secret to anyone out there.

Leno owns one of the biggest collections of cars and probably also one of the most expensive in the United States, if not in the world. That is why Leno is considered an authority in anything car-related, and that's why his new TV show is going to focus on the car collector's market, giving advice on best investments and valuations.

The show is going to take a primetime slot and will be debuted in 2015, covering anything from supercars to classics and also restoration projects and road tests.

In a press released, Leno tackled his upcoming TV and described it as “This show will be about anything that rolls, explodes, and makes noise. We hope to highlight the passion and the stories behind the men and women who made the automobile the greatest invention of the 20th century.”
