14 DAY TRIAL // One of the most talked about ads at this year’s Super Bowl was the Go Daddy commercial featuring supermodel Bar Refaeli, Danica Patrick and a goofy-looking nerd who gets to smooch with Bar. Jay Leno was “pranked” into recreating the infamous kiss.
Some have billed the ad a disgrace, even though most agree that the idea is pretty neat, albeit unoriginal.
Bar was on Jay Leno the other night and, before her actual interview, she was shown backstage with the talk show host, where she “tricks” him into kissing the nerd from the video, Jesse by his real name.
To describe the skit as cringe-worthy is an understatement in my book, but do see it for yourself in the first video embedded below.
The second clip is with Bar’s interview also on the ad: she explains how nervous Jesse was and how they had to do over 60 takes before the director was pleased with the results.
As painful to watch as the first vid is, Bar surely is a sight for sore eyes.
