14 DAY TRIAL // Just a couple of days ago, word got out online that several top-notch NBC executives had warned Jay Leno (both in writing and verbally) to stop dissing the brass in his monologs. Clearly, he’s not taking the hint.

According to several analysts and industry insiders, these jokes could be the first clear sign that Leno is on his way out, either because the network is dropping him or because he’s decided to find another home.
The official story, for the time being, is that nothing changes: Jay Leno stays with NBC. However, more and more people are having a hard time believing it with each new day.
