Video game developer Crystal Dynamics and publisher Square Enix are announcing that Jason Graves is the composer who is now in charge of the original score for the upcoming reboot of Tomb Raider, which will be launched during 2013.

The video stars Zachary Levi as he escorts Graves around London and talks to him about his experience working in the video game medium on the first Dead Space.

The composer has worked with a sculptor named Matt McConnell in order to create a unique instrument designed to offer Tomb Raider an entirely new type of sound.

The new game will see main character Lara Croft evolve from a naive young woman to a tough and capable fighter.

Tomb Raider will be offered on the PC, the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3 on March 5 of next year.
