Vine Linux, a distribution with a highly customized Japanese environment in which a lot of applications support Kanji-Strings, is now at version 6.2 Beta 2.

Even if the announcement has been posted in Japanese, we can still discern a few of the changes and updates in the new distribution.

Highlights of Vine Linux 6.2 Beta 2:

• Linux kernel has been updated to version 3.4.62; • Mozilla Firefox has been updated to version 24.0; • The LibreOffice suite has been updated to version 4.1.1; • The Errata app has been included.
