Kobo launched its Kobo Glo on October 1, 2012, then released them in the UK and Canada about a week later. Now, those same two devices are available to Japanese shoppers.

The former, with its front-lit display of 6 inches (1024 x 768 pixels resolution, 4:3 aspect ratio), is priced at ¥7,980 ($130 in the US, 103 Euro in Europe, CAD $130 in Canada, £99.99 in the UK).

The latter (Kobo Mini), with its 5-inch display (smallest ever), has a tag of ¥6,980 ($80 / 80 Euro / CAD ~80 / £59.99).

Neither e-reader is available for sale yet, but the Glo will ship starting on November 15, while the Mini will be available in December.

A device that is, on the other hand, available is the Kobo Touch. It even got a ¥1,000 discount ($13 / 10 Euro).
