Tajima Motor Corporation has recently announced its eagerness to start selling its awesome-looking sports car with a zero-emission standard, the EV Mini Sport unveiled for the first time almost two years ago.

It can reach a top speed of 70km/h (43,5mph) and it comes equipped with a lithium-ion polymer batter, which can keep the vehicle rolling on the streets for 30km (18.64 miles) on a single charge. The sports car is powered by a 0.59 kW engine.

Although both its sleek design and environmental benefits are considered major assets, its prohibitive price could stop a large number of fans from actually purchasing the zero-emission car. The EV Mini Sport will be priced at $47,800 (€37,469).

It weighs only 280kg (617 pounds), it is expensive and far from being spacious or powerful enough to win a race any time soon, but it definitely solves the problem of small parking spaces.
