Ever since big sister Britney Spears' life has pretty much taken a turn for the better - meaning she stopped hanging out with shady characters and was taken under her daddy's protective wing - the paparazzi who were once making a living out of stalking her started looking for bigger, better, juicier stories. And while less media attention is excellent news for the fallen pop singer, it also means that some other (willing or unwilling) celebrity out there is getting a more numerous pap escort than usual. A few days ago, the owner of a paparazzi agency revealed that two of the renewed targets of the snapping photogs were now Brangelina and Brit's little sister Jamie Lynn - all the more so since the pregnant 16 year-old is said to have recently become engaged.

Tell-all Jamie Lynn, who infamously broke the news of her pregnancy by selling her story to a weekly celebrity magazine, has allegedly been sporting an engagement ring she received from baby daddy Casey Aldridge. "She's got an engagement ring", an insider reports. "She's been showing it off, talking about it". The two teenage parents-to-be are also said to be looking at houses in the Kentwood area, possibly interested in settling down close to their families once the baby is born. Although no wedding date has been announced, it is clear that a possible marriage is in the cards for the two, although Jamie Lynn has also expressed an interest in pursuing her budding career as an actress and singer, a career she was forced to put on hold while waiting for the baby to be born.

Ever since news of her pregnancy broke and she started being regarded (and targeted) by the media as more than just "Britney's little sister", Jamie Lynn has been lying low in her home town, reportedly on her mother's orders. But the younger of the Spears sisters is definitely not wasting her time: she has reportedly been in therapy, taking parenting classes, and passed her GED exam - while making sure not to expose herself too much to the public eye. If the engagement rumors are true, the teenager's mother Lynne will probably not be too thrilled at the prospect, since in the interview with OK!
