Jamie Lynn Spears Plans Her Big Fat Kentwood Wedding

Britney Spears better work at double speed on her recovery and triumphant return to showbiz – because she'll soon need to be in full form to help her little sister organize her big white wedding. OK! reports that Britney's teenage sister Jamie Lynn – who is reportedly engaged to the father of her baby and has recently been showing off an engagement ring from Casey Aldridge – is planning to get married shortly after the birth of her baby. Friends of Jamie Lynn's report that the young actress, who will turn 17 in a few day's time, is planning to get married and have her dream wedding in her home town of Kentwood.

"Jamie Lynn and Casey are officially engaged. They're committed to each other and anxious to be the best parents they can possibly be, and also the best husband and wife they can be to each other," a close pal reports. After dramatically breaking the news of her pregnancy via OK!, the teenage star of TV show "Zoey 101" has been careful to keep herself out of the spotlight, reportedly on her mother Lynne's orders. It has been claimed that Lynne Spears has declared herself against her daughter tying the knot with Aldridge, mainly because she believes Jamie Lynn to be too young for such a decisive step. However, Britney's sister has long proved she has a mind of her own and is not easily persuaded to give up the things she wants.

Friends of the teenager also claim that Jamie Lynn will most likely marry in Kentwood, at the estate owned by older sister Britney. "She'll have the baby there, and soon after, she will also get married there. I expect she'll want to wait at least several months to get her figure back so she can wear a beautiful wedding gown and then have her dream wedding," another pal reveals. In the meantime, Jamie Lynn has been a busy little bee, preparing for the arrival of her baby – reportedly due in June – and registering for her baby shower at a Babies 'R' Us store in a nearby city.
