Jamie Lynn's Boyfriend Threatens Paparazzi with Gun

Casey Aldridge definitely knows a thing or two about standing up for his honor

Jamie Lynn's man sure knows how to keep paparazzi at bay

It looks like Jamie Lynn Spears got herself a true cowboy for a baby daddy (and future husband, if we are to believe the latest persistent rumors). The fact is, women in the Spears family aren't exactly famed for their ultra-refined tastes in men, and big sister Britney is living proof of that. However, it would seem that K-Fed - although almost universally blasted for being a good-for-nothing unemployed douchebag - is losing the battle with Jamie Lynn's current man, 18 year-old hillbilly-to-be Casey Aldridge. K-Fed might have launched a disastrous hip-hop debut album and did about a million other ridiculous things in the past, but that can't possibly beat the fact that - according to the TMZ paparazzi dogging his every step - Aldridge pulled out a gun and threatened them, in ultimate douchebaggy act of male bravado.

The TMZ photogs were filming Jamie Lynn and Casey Aldridge as they were riding a 4-wheel ATV in true NASCAR dad-to-be fashion, with a dog and a cooler in the back. Once he spotted the paparazzi, Aldridge stopped his ATV and told them they were on private property and asked them to get lost as soon as possible. Video of the encounter is posted on the TMZ website. In one scene, the paparazzi can be seen approaching Aldridge, at which point the tween reportedly takes out what TMZ claims to be a gun. The overall image quality of the video is quite low, and although there's a big red circle on the screen with the word "gun" written next to it, it's very difficult to discern any precise contours or shapes.

However, if this little story is true - and there's no further evidence either for or against it as this point at least - then it all comes back to the original assumption that Jamie Lynn
got herself quite a catch. Unfortunately, Casey doesn't seem like the kind of man who would love to have a famous wife, and who would easily part with his way of life in order to support her as she tries to get her acting career back together. This pretty much goes to confirm Jamie's mother Lynne's hesitations about a possible wedding between her youngest daughter and the father of her baby, but, in the end, who knows what might happen.
