If you had money running on whether Lindsay's alleged love list, in which she counted the famous men she had had in her bed, was real, then you just might have lost your money. That's because one of the men on that list, namely James Franco, is saying that Lindsay lied when she pegged him as a former conquest.

The list was made public by InTouch, which swore on its authenticity, claiming that it was a couple of years old and that it was drawn up by Lindsay herself, during a drunken night out with friends. Some of the names on the list were so outrageous, they said, that they had to be blurred out in order to keep scandals going off in Hollywood.

James Franco is now coming out with a retort and claiming in an interview with Los Angeles magazine that the “Mean Girls” actress lied about him making love to her at a certain point in time. The discussion came up when talking about his new collection of poems.

The interviewer wanted to know if there were any famous people upset about the poems Franco had written about them. The actor replied, “No, I didn't write anything bad about them. And Lindsay herself has told lies about me with her people-she's-slept-with list! So I feel like what I said is much less than what she's said.”

The infamous list had no less than 36 names on it, all said to be mean of importance and/or notoriety. The fact that it took years for the list to come out and that whoever leaked it waited right until Lindsay was making one last desperate push to get her career going back again can only be regarded with suspicion.

Apart from Franco, the list also includes the names of Justin Timberlake, Joaquin Phoenix, Lukas Haas, Evan Peters, Wilmer Walderama, Zac Efron, Heath Ledger, Colin Farrel, Adam Levine and Garret Hedlund. As you can see, some of them are quite famous, and the only way that she could have bedded them all is if they'd all queued up in front of her door, otherwise she'd have to travel the world to track them all down.

Franco is not the first one to dispute the inclusion on the list. Immediately after the photo of the alleged document was published and some of the names were unblurred, a rep for Hedlund immediately released a comment which they said that the document was “completely not true.”
