Jada Pinkett-Smith and her band Wicked Wisdom have a new single out and a new music video to go with it, and it seems to hold the key to the mystery of the state of her marriage to Will Smith. Or so some people think.

“Stuck” is available in full and in HD above.

The song deals with the theme of lost love and, of course, the video reflects that. For almost an entire minute at the beginning of it, the camera focuses on Jada staring at her engagement ring and wedding band, which she then drops to the floor in the ultimate “I give up, I’m done” gesture.

Apparently, people think that Jada is speaking through her music about her marriage to Will, which, in all fairness, wouldn’t be the first time when an artist drew on their experience to make art.

With lyrics like “I remember when you kissed me/ Said you’d always love me/ Your words broke me and left me there/ Staring at a shadow” and “Now it’s time to end this story,” it’s clearly not difficult to understand why many would assume Jada is singing about her own broken heart and lost love.

To add to this is the fact that she announced the availability of the video with a super cryptic tweet reading, “The idea being that when we concentrate on dealing with and cleaning up our own stuff... all things fall in place.”

So… this begs the question: could Jada be preparing us for the divorce announcement? Or is she just capitalizing on the divorce rumors to generate buzz in her music releases? What do you think?
