JVC Launches A Floating Radio-DAP

JVC's waterproof mediaplayer supports MP3, WMA and WMA DRM

Many of you know the weird red faced monkeys that bathe in Japanese hot springs in the middle of winter. Well, JVC thought that something is missing in the "macaques environment" (and also in the media player market). Maybe they spied on Whirlpools bath tub integrated amplifier or maybe they just had one of those

revelations that could change the way we make underwater love.

The Japanese company unveiled a radio and DAP (Digital Audio Player) that could actually float along side your ducks. Finally, your little yellow plastic bath animators will get to dance on music. The snappily named XA-AW33 weighs around 260 grams, 256 MB of internal memory and supports MP3, WMA and WMA DRM. The weird name might suggest that this isn't targeted at normal humans (but it is).
The music player is waterproof and also capable of floating on the water. The water resistance rates match the Japanese Standard which means you can keep the thing under water for 30 minutes at about a depth of 1 meter. Its little blue light LED trim makes it look like a tiny unidentified floating object. It also allows you transfer files via USB. Four AA batteries will keep it floating for 15 hours. If you want it, fly to Japan and ask people about Fasuki Ruraki, an Alfa female snow monkey that controls all the XA-AW33 business. You already have the ducks, why not let the macaques enrich their bath environment?

This Radio-DAP will also do well in pool parties. Just wait to hear that bass "pumping" in the hot springs of Honshu mountainous area.
