Report: Jennifer Lopez has been dropped from huge event because of her impossible diva demands

Reports about Jennifer Lopez’s nearly impossible diva demands have been around for years but, until just now, they were never said to cost her a contract as lucrative as the Super Bowl Halftime performance.

Page Six writes that JLo was booked to perform at the India’s Premier League cricket tournament, which would have been the equivalent of doing the Halftime at the Super Bowl because of an audience estimated at 60 million viewers.

However, insiders say, she “priced herself out of the event” by making impossible to meet diva demands.

“Sources tell us the pampered pop princess’ manager, Benny Medina, had asked that a private plane be made available for her, along with numerous hotel rooms to house her huge entourage, which included an army of stylists, assistants and a personal chef,” Page Six writes.

Because of these demands, organizers opted for someone “cheaper” and booked Pitbull.

For the record, Lopez has always denied the rumors that she’s such a huge diva, stressing that any performer like her usually travels with a large entourage and, at the same time, is used to certain… amenities.
