That thing that you’re feeling right now is the mounting excitement around Disney’s “Star Wars: Episode VII,” which is scheduled for theatrical release in December 2015. Director J.J. Abrams isn’t about to let you forget about it either, posting the video below online to drum up interest in the project.

Titled “Star Wars Day Greeting from J.J. Abrams and Lawrence Kasdan,” the video serves to wish fans all over the world, “may the fourth be with you!” and to keep them up to speed with what’s going on on the set.

Last week saw the big reveal of the full cast, which came to confirm rumors that stars from the original trilogy, including Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, and Harrison Ford, would be coming back for the reboot. Abrams is well aware of how much buzz it created, so he and Kasdan made this video to tease fans.

Kasdan wrote the script for “The Empire Strikes Back” and is also on writing duties on “Episode VII,” on which Abrams is also working right now. In fact, that’s the only thing this video reveals, that the script isn’t even done yet.

“Star Wars: Episode VII” starts shooting in London this month, so chances are that whatever loose ends these two still have to tie are not that important to the main plot.
