As rumors are still circulating online that the plot of the next Star Wars film has been leaked and journalists are scrambling to get to the bottom of the story, the director of the movie, J.J. Abrams, seems unperturbed in his efforts to see Episode VII through.

In between shots, he's even found the time to continue his promotion effort for UNICEF's Innovation Lab campaign as part of the Star Wars: Force for Change program. The director is trying to raise money for charity, and he's doing it by offering fans a chance to appear in the movie.

Abrams wants to push things to a higher level, so now, he's also offering some lucky fan and 20 of his friends a pre-screening of the movie before anyone else in the fans hometown. That should get people bidding. Fans not interested in participating in the contest can still rejoice.

The video shot by Abrams confirms the speculations that the X-Wing fighters are going to appear in this movie. In the promotional clip, Abrams is shown sitting right next to the famous aircraft, and as the camera zooms out, a pilot in the well-known orange jumpsuit gets into the ship, seemingly ready to take off.

In a previous video released earlier this year, Abrams offered fans who took part in the bidding a chance to appear in the movie, in a non-speaking part, and thus be immortalized in the franchise forever.
