Italian and Bhutan Government Websites Hacked by Kahuna

Claiming he was bored, but also because he wanted to show how many websites lack the proper security measures that should protect them against cybercriminal operations, a hacker that calls himself Kahuna breached and published details belonging to members of a few organizations, including a couple of state agencies.

The most important ones belong to four institutions the websites of which are hosted on Italian government domains, but also the news page of the Bhutan government. Names emails, usernames, passwords and other sensitive data was posted in a number of Pastebin documents.

Other targets include theredearsweb.com, evidalia.es, sitcomsonline.com, a real estate company from Texas and the Bishop McDevitt Catholic High School.

A cosmetics website that was also targeted leaked payment and medical information on a large part of their customers.
