Regular does rarely get so lucky as to spot Steve Jobs on the Apple campus, let alone talk to the man, but a pair of Italian Apple fans apparently got hold of the CEO for a few seconds and snapped a sneaky shot of him as he was leaving their party.

As they were visiting the Apple campus in Cupertino, California on April 25th, Silvia and David reportedly saw a black luxury car stop at the entrance.

They were surprised to see it was Apple’s chief executive officer himself who came out of the car and started walking towards the entrance to his company’s HQ.

For who may be asking, Jobs reportedly wasn’t driving the car he had arrived in.

The couple asked Jobs to have their picture taken with him.

"It is not the case, then I have people waiting for me for a meeting," Jobs reportedly told the two as he denied them the ‘family’ photo.

The picture displayed above was likely taken seconds after Jobs had brushed off the offer to be immortalized next to a pair of enthusiastic Italian Apple fans.

Steve Jobs is on his third medical leave of absence since he was originally diagnosed with (and fought off) a rare form of pancreatic cancer years ago.

Genuine pictures of the Apple boss are becoming ever more popular as Jobs has still not provided any information about when he may be returning to Apple full time. His colleagues, however, say he is planning to do so in the near future.

Still frail in appearance as a result of undergoing several medical treatments, Jobs surprised the tech industry earlier this year, when he appeared before a crowd of journalists on March 2 at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco, to announce the iPad 2.

Recent statements provided by Apple, and those with ties to Apple, indicate the man is in no danger of dying any time soon, and that he is actively involved with major decision making.
