You’ve just got to love the way Samsung is handling its own anti-Apple campaign. They’re actually helping raise more awareness about the iPhone 5 with their latest Facebook wall asking people, “If you could only take one electronic device on a deserted island, what would it be?”

Not surprisingly, the Apple fan base caught wind of the Korean company’s previous attack, and now they’re ready to defend the iPhone maker.

Most of the responses to the aforementioned question yielded “iPhone,” “iPhone 5,” “iPad,” and one “electric boat” (my personal favorite). And, don’t be fooled. They’re not all Apple fanboys and fangirls. All it takes is for someone to light the fuse. From there on it’s just plain fun.

It was already clear that Samsung was embarking on a dangerous journey when they pulled their “it doesn’t take a genius” move. Let’s see them get out of this one.
