Nobody ever said about Sarah 'Fergie' Ferguson that she was a lady (in the traditional way) or that she was excessively elegant but, we have to admit, she was pretty glamorous.

She used to dress in that hip-hop sexy style that made men wild and women envious. Despite the fact that she is no longer in her most energetic years (not old, mind you!), she had (and still has) a killer body and a smile that could make any mortal being drop out of sheer admiration.

But, lately, Fergie has been up to some very weird fashion choices. First, she went to Berlin to promote her solo album and decided on wearing a tiara on her head and way too much make up, which only made her look out of place. Just like an aging Barbie, lost 'in translation', so to speak.

A few days ago, Fergie presided over the 'Shake It Up' dance contest finals at Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum and her outfit seemed ripped from the a poor '80s movie. As anyone can easily see, from the neck up, she is still the same singer that we are all familiar with. It's from down there where the real problem begins.

We won't say anything about the black top with the beige vest, because it's a combination that might have worked out for the performer in another occasion. But those turquoise pants! And the way they split down at the end...

If I remember correctly, they were hip back in the '80 and, yes, I know, fashion trends always return but this might be a little too much for anyone. They are not cool, they don't match the top and the shoes and they definitely do not look good! The whole fashion 'incident' is even sadder because we know that Fergie can really look like the bombshell that she is.
