Is Britney Spears Expecting Twins?

It is reported that pop princess Britney Spears is expecting twins. The New York Daily News claims Spears just received the news and is now getting ready for two little additions.

However Ms Spears' spokeswoman, Leslie Sloane Zelnick, did not seem to know anything about it. "If she's having twins, I have not been told that yet. Let me make some calls," Ms Zelnick told the paper. Britney is set to give birth this fall.

Meanwhile, Britney declared in a recent interview that she's eager to start her own range of maternity clothes. The 23-year-old Toxic singer said she has plenty of ideas to make her body look fashionable.

She says: "There's so much nasty stuff out their for mums-to-be, I can't work out why stores don't sell funkier stuff. I have ideas about more modern designs and it would be fun to utilize them."

In 2004, Spears, 22, announced her engagement to dancer Kevin Federline, 26. Federline was formerly in a relationship with the actress Shar Jackson, with whom he has two children.

On September 18, 2004, Spears married Federline before 20-30 guests in a private, non-denominational ceremony at a residence in Studio City, California. Spears wore an off-white dress and Federline wore an off-white tuxedo. The men and women attending the ceremony wore light blue and pink sweatsuits, respectively.
