Could Britney Spears be pregnant again? Despite the rumors concerning an incoming break up between the pop babe and her hubby Kevin, a source from a Malibu hospital claims that the singer is pregnant with a second child.

Last week, Britney was reported to have rushed to a hospital in Malibu with her baby son, Preston. Some say that she stopped to the hospital for the "Oops, I Did It Again" pop star's son was constipated, but one inside source claims that the visit was due to a new pregnancy that was making her sick.

"She was throwing up and had stomach cramps," the mysterious source tells "The Scoop". "She's pregnant," the same insider adds. However, the pop star's publicist insists that she is not pregnant and that these are only speculations: "Not true. Not pregnant."

Whether the pregnancy is real or not hasn't officially been confirmed yet, but Kevin Federline going out with a sexy blonde while Britney is holidaying in the Hawaii is a fact.
