it is still too slow. I don't have a monster rig, but it should be faster than it is. I love the graphics, just not at the slow reaction time that I am getting. If I upgrade some hardware, I might try it again.

I would strongly recommend more than a Pentium 4. I used versions 3.5.1 and it was a bit sluggish. A good graphics gard is also a good idea. That is why I bought an AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 810 processor and an ATI 4800 series graphics card.

Sabayon is brilliantnly setup, very stable (apart from some KDE minor glitches). Linux no longer has ugly fonts both in the system and web browsers. In fact all fonts are so sharp Linux-Sabayon surpasses any Windows even with the best drivers.

Amazing with KDE4.2, I must admit, although the hardware requirements are a bit demanding, but what an experience! I also have a Windows Vista, but the new features are absolutely amazing. I must say - job well done.

I've been with Sabayon since 2006.

Regards,
Richard
