Mobile phone maker Intex is getting ready for the launch of three new Android-based smartphones, namely the Intex Cloud Y3, Cloud Y7, and Cloud Y13, all three of them already spotted on the company’s website with a “coming soon” tag next to them.

These new handsets are expected to arrive on shelves as cheap Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean-based smartphones, at least this is what their hardware specifications suggest.

All three of them will be released with 4-inch displays, as well as with dual-SIM with dual standby capabilities, and with a nice range of pre-loaded applications, as fonearena notes.

Intex Cloud Y3 sports a 1.2GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572 processor, 512MB of RAM, and 4GB of internal memory, as well as a microSD memory card slot for expansion purposes.

The smartphone also features a 3.2MP camera on the back, 1.3MP front camera, 2G (EDGE) connectivity, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities. The phone is powered by a 1500mAh battery.

Intex Cloud Y7 is powered by a 1GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572 processor and sports 512MB of RAM, while featuring only 512MB of internal memory, expandable via a microSD memory card slot.

It is listed with a 2MP back camera with LED flash, 1.3MP camera on the front, 2G (EDGE), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a 1450 mAh battery.

Intex Cloud Y13, on the other hand, is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572 processor and sports the same hardware specifications as the Cloud Y3, but it also features a built-in GPS receiver, it seems.

All three smartphones will land on shelves with pre-loaded applications such as Matrabhasha, Intex Play, Intex Cloud, NQ Vault, Intex Games Club, Intex Zone, and Intex Life Box apps.

The Intex Cloud Y3 can be seen on eBay in White with a price tag of Rs. 4,790 ($77/€56) attached, while the Intex Cloud Y13 is listed in Black and White, at Rs. 5,749 ($92.7/€67.5). The Intex Cloud Y7 should arrive in Black.
