A certain Sony LT25c leaked several weeks ago, but we thought the upcoming smartphone would be limited to China.

However, it appears that a new Sony LT25i has just been leaked via NenaMark2 benchmark, which points to a global rollout of the device.

Also known as Tsubasa, the LT25i will be powered by Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system and will pack a Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 processor clocked at 1.5 GHz.

In addition, the phone will be equipped with an Adreno 225 graphics processing, as well as a stunning HD (720 x 1280 pixels) display. We also expect the phone to come with 1GB of RAM and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).

Sony LT25i Tsubasa is expected to be officially announced in late August, a few days ahead of IFA 2012 trade fair opening.
