A new mid-tower case has made its debut, featuring convertible 5.25-inch bays and pretty much everything one would expect from a gaming-ready enclosure.

Many gamers and mainstream PC customers have no need of multi-card graphics setups, so they settle for micro-ATX motherboards often, and even if they do buy a full-ATX board, they might not intend to build anything particularly overpowered.

The Inter-Tech K-six Smart is made for such people, being large enough to fit both types of platforms (442 x 195 x 500 mm / 17.40 x 7.67 x 19.68 inches) without being too massive (it is a mid-tower, not a full tower).

There are nine 5.25-inch front-accessible drive bays, but they can be converted into five 5.25-inch, one 3.5-inch and two 2.5-inch bays if needed.

Other specs include two pre-drilled water cooling holes, a 120 mm rear fan, and a front panel with one USB 3.0, two USB 2.0 and audio ports. The price (pre-order) of the Inter-Tech K-Six Smart is of €48.95 / $49.95 - $67.
