Intel has unveiled its Iris and HD Graphics driver version 9.18.10.3214 containing the 6.16.0.3111 Display Audio driver, which is developed for both 32- and 64-bit variants of Microsft’s Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 Preview operating systems.

The driver is only a beta version, therefore it’s provided “AS IS,” and Intel doesn’t take credit for any related damages.

However, the producer takes into account users’ feedback in this matter, so it provides a forum to debate any problems caused by this package.

The newly released package is compatible with Intel’s 4th generation Core CPUs combined with HD Graphics 4200, 4400, 4600, and 5000 chipsets, Iris Graphics 5100, and Iris Pro Graphics 5200.

Moreover, it works fine on Intel’s 3rd generation Core processors that have HD Graphics 4000 and 2500 as well.

In addition to that, this version can be installed on systems with Pentium 2000, G2000, and G2100 CPUs, as well as Celeron 900, 1000, and G1000 processing units.

Now, from the list below, choose the link that best describes your system’s bit-version to get the package, and don’t forget Intel’s debate forum so that it can provide stable versions in the near future.
