Intel has just made available a new Iris and HD Graphics driver package, namely version 15.33.0.3464 (32-bit) and 15.33.64.3464 (64-bit) compatible with Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 operating systems.

When it comes to changes, the newly released beta update provides support for the Titanfall and Thief games and also improves playability and in-game performance.

As the producer highlights, this release is targeted only at users who play or intend to play these two mentioned games. Due to the fact that build 3464 is a beta driver, it isn’t recommended for gamers who don’t plan on running the titles because they would upgrade to a non-stable version for no reason.

Intel’s new package includes, besides the obvious 10.18.10.3464 graphics version, the 6.16.0.3135 display audio driver, as well as the Media SDK Runtime, OpenCL driver, and Graphics Control Panel.

As for the compatible products, this release can be applied on systems that have a 3rd-gen Core CPU with Intel’s HD Graphics 2500 or 4000 chip.

In addition to that, build 3464 beta can also be installed on computers that are powered by a 4th-gen Core processor with HD Graphics 4200, 4400, 4600, or 5000, Iris Graphics 5100, or Iris Pro Graphics 5200.

That being said, as mentioned before, if you play or intend to play Titanfall and/or Thief, then download Intel Iris/HD Graphics Driver 10.18.10.3464 Beta for the proper OS bit-version and apply it so that you can benefit from a performance boost and raise the games’ video quality.
