Intel, the well-known American manufacturer, has recently released a new Management Engine driver version. However, some motherboards needed some tweaks in order to get the best out of them, so the 9.0.2.1345 gets two suffixes: 1.5M and 5M.

1.5M addresses Intel's DH87MC, DH87RL and DZ87KLT-75K motherboards while the 5M is optimized for DB85FL and DQ87PG.

This release came with no changelog or other hints of what may it bring new to the former version.

After downloading the appropriate driver version for your motherboard, run the exe file. It will self-extract to a folder of choice. After this finishes, the setup should start automatically. If not, run setup.exe in the ME folder.

The wizard will guide you through the setup steps and, when it all completes, you will need to restart your computer.

If all goes well, you should have installed Intel's Management Engine Interface, Dynamic Application Loader and Identity Protection Technology.
