Intel has rolled out a new Iris and HD Graphics package targeted at some of its NUC units, namely version 10.18.10.3910, which is compatible with both 32- and 64-bit variants of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 operating systems.

Besides the obvious 10.18.10.3910 graphics version, this new release also installs a newer display audio build, namely 6.16.0.3150, and can be applied on systems containing the producer’s Iris, Iris Pro, and HD graphics on specific CPU platforms (the full compatibility list is available on the description page).

As for the suitable next unit computing devices, this new release is valid for Intel’s D33217CK, D33217GKE, D34010WYB, D53427RKE, and D54250WYB NUC boards.

In addition to that, the D34010WYK, D54250WYK, DC3217BY, DC3217IYE, and DC53427HYE NUC kits are compatible with build 3910 as well.

When it comes to installing Intel’s update, you should know that the producer has provided two downloadable packages, one for each bit architecture of the supported OSes.

Therefore, save and extract the appropriate archive for your system configuration, run the setup file from within the newly created folder, and follow the instructions for a complete installation. Also, if not required by the wizard, perform a manual reboot to ensure all changes take effect properly.

That being said, download Intel NUC Iris/HD Graphics Driver 10.18.10.3910, take into account all aforementioned aspects, and update your system’s video chipset to the latest driver version.
