If you've read our Core i7-3960X review and are drooling over Intel's latest and greatest CPU but can't afford to pay the high price associated with this processor, Intel gives you a chance to get it for free in a giveaway it announced earlier today.
This will last for the next four weeks, with every week bringing a new prize.
The giveaway start at 9AM PT and end at 5PM PT, 7 days later and the contest begins today.
This week's prize is a Core i7-3930K with a DX79SI motherboard, while next week will upgrade this kit to feature the 3960X instead of the i7-3930K.
On the third week the prize will be a 3960X, DX79SI, Intel RTS2011LC cooler and Intel 510 SSD, while the last week of the giveaway brings the biggest prize of this promotion, a hand selected build from Newegg using the 3960X valued at over $5,000.
