We have previously known that Intel was preparing, among other things, the Core i3-3225 and i3-3240 CPUs, as well as the Celeron G470, but their specifications hadn't been confirmed.

We also had no inkling of a third CPU, Core i3-3250T, but now we do, thanks to CPU World. We'll take the chips in order and leave that new one for last.

Celeron G470 is a single-core unit with 1.5 MB cache memory, a clock speed of 2 GHz, HD graphics at 650 MHz/ 1,000 MHz and a TDP of 35W.

Core i3-3245 is a dual-core with Hyper-Threading (4 threads), 3 MB L3 cache memory, HD 4000 integrated graphics (650 MHz / 1,050 MHz) and 55W TDP.

Core i3-3250 is pretty much the same, only with 3.5 GHz frequency and HD 2500 graphics.

Finally, the Core i3-3250T is a 3 GHz CPU with 3 MB cache, HD 2500 iGP and 35W TDP (T in the name stands for low power).

All processors require socket 1155 motherboards.
