Installed Games to Reduce Loading Time for The PS3? Genji: Days of the Blade Serves as Example

Sick and tired with long loading times? According to 1up.com, those who like the title Genji: Days of the Blade, and do not want to wait for some 15 seconds
for it to load, can do something about it.

Presumably, just by spending 3 minutes to install the game, you will save 9 seconds of your life with every load of Genji. As the game is installed, the loading time will be reduced from 15 seconds to just 4- 9 seconds saved with each load. I bet that Sony would want you to spend the time saved on loading playing some more games on the PS3.

OK, OK… maybe we will do just that Sony, buy how many of the PS3 games will have this feature? Until now, we have information only about Genji. What about NFS Carbon, Mobile Suit Gundam: Crossfire, Madden NFL 07 or even F.E.A.R.? Will these games that feature on the PS3 list have this support? And if so, how much space will these games be using of the Blu-Ray disc?

All this is just speculation as Sony has not confirmed anything so far, and the information can not be proven until the PS3 games console comes out. The release date has been set for November 17, but many of us won't get a chance to test it until later this year.
