Christina Milian

, the famous singer and actress, claims her Instagram account has been hacked.

“Hey guys.. It appears as though someone has hacked into my Instagram account. Ugh.. Whoever it is please stop :( hope this gets fixed ASAP,” Milian wrote around one hour ago on Twitter.

The hacker is apparently urging the celebrity’s fans to follow @christinamilianbackup, which he claims is Milian’s backup account.

“THIS IS NOT ME. Please whomever is putting this on my page refrain from continuing @christinamiliansbackup,” Milian said.

Over the past couple of weeks, a large number of celebrities have fallen victim to hackers.

The list of hijacked Twitter accounts includes the ones of director and editor Alfredo Flores, One Direction’s Niall Horan, American rock band Band of Horses, Canadian ice hockey player Tyler Seguin, and the Jersey Shore cast.
