Reports earlier this week claimed Jesse James was thinking of moving to New Orleans to be closer to Sandra Bullock and thus play an active part in the life of the boy he was supposed to adopt with the actress, Louis. Whether that’s accurate or not is unknown, but the star is putting his beachfront home in Orange County up for sale, People magazine can confirm.

The beachfront mansion, which the star has shared with Oscar-winning actress Sandra and his children from previous relationships, is estimated at $7 million but, according to People, it’s worth every penny and not only because someone famous used to live in it once. The luxury Mediterranean villa has four bedrooms, a pool, jacuzzi and very spacious garage which, of course, fits more than just one vehicle – all for just $7 million.

“Jesse James is selling his beachfront Orange County home for a cool $6,750,000‬ and People has all the details – plus photos! – of the luxury Mediterranean villa. The newly remodeled four-bedroom pad, which James and Sandra Bullock shared during their nearly five-year marriage, has been a place of respite for the motorcycle king and his kids Sunny, 6, Jesse Jr., 12, and Chandler, 15, since his infidelity scandal hit – but no more. ‘Jesse is selling his home because he wants to have more privacy,’ a pal tells People. ‘Sunny even asks if the paparazzi will be waiting outside the house when she is about to go to school’,” the magazine writes.

“Among the highlights of the home located on Sunset Beach are: A glass-enclosed lanai with pool, grotto, waterfall and waterslide, surrounded by auto-lighted tiki torches. A luxurious travertine master bath that includes a Steam shower and large custom brass Jacuzzi tub, with mirrored views of the Pacific. A media / game room with a granite wet bar and high coved-grid ceiling. Canterra stone floors and a gourmet kitchen with a crescent-shaped granite walk-up bar. A three-car garage with a built-in tool crib and space for a workshop,” People further reports.

Of course, all this is closely guarded and monitored by a state-of-the-art surveillance system, the mag goes on to say. Photos of the property (available here) show that, indeed, the opportunity is too excellent to pass by, especially if you happen to have about $7 million around and you don’t know what to do with it.
