Apple has officially run out of all the Wi-Fi iPad minis it had for the tablet’s launch. Any orders placed today will not be fulfilled any sooner than two weeks and, if demand continues to stay high, customers can expect even longer shipping times.

Apple has been steadily increasing the shipping times of its iPad minis since the official launch last week, ending up with the a two-week quota for all Wi-Fi models as this week kicked off.

A quick trip to the Apple online store will show a two-week shipping estimate for any of the six non-cellular configurations available. Models with 4G LTE capabilities have the same delivery date stamped on them – mid-November.

Despite being priced considerably higher than competing tablets in the 7-inch segment, Apple’s iPad min – whose screen comes closer to eight inches when measured on the diagonal – is selling like hot cake. Not that all of the above didn't say this already.
