14 DAY TRIAL // Now that Sony officially introduced the Xperia Z and Xperia ZL in India, fans of the Japanese brand are anxiously waiting for their favorite devices to become available.
There are several Indian retailers that are already taking pre-orders for both Xperia phones, but only a few are bundling the devices with special offers.
Well, it looks like Infibeam is one of the few Indian retailers that offer free stuff for each Xperia Z and Xperia ZL pre-order.
According to the retailer, each customer who pre-orders the Xperia Z will receive a premium case worth Rs 1,990 ($35/€28) and a Sony headset MDR-ZX100A worth Rs 1,490 ($27/€21) for free, while supply lasts.
Aside from that, customers will also receive 8GB/monthly Vodafone 3G data for 2 months for free. Sony Xperia Z is available at Infibeam for no less than Rs 38,990 ($715/ €545) outright. Check it out here.
The other Sony smartphone unveiled earlier today, the Xperia ZL is up for pre-order at Infibeam for Rs 35,990 ($660/€505). Check it out here.
It is also worth mentioning that Infibeam offers a free snap on cover worth Rs 1,490 ($27/€21) for each Sony Xperia ZL pre-order. In addition, those who pre-order the device will also get 2GB/monthly Vodafone 3G data for 2 months for free.
Although both smartphones come with similar hardware, the Xperia Z features an IPX5/7 (water-resistant) and IP5X (dust-proof) certification, whereas the Xperia ZL sports Infrared connectivity, dedicated camera button and slimmer bezel.
They are powered by Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box and pack 1.5 GHz quad-core processor, along with 2GB of RAM.
Infibeam claims both Sony Xperia Z and Xperia ZL will ship on March 9, though other Indian retailers will only sell the former starting March 12. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
